• Record all the damage in the apartment on the check in list and take photos as evidence in case of disputes in the future.

• Record all the utility meter numbers.

• Hand over keys to the tenant.

• Accompany the expat for bank account opening.

• Assist to purchase a SIM card and select the package based on expats needs.

• Introduce shopping areas (including grocery, appliances, furniture, , and others)to expats.
