• Assist to obtain domestic driving license and car leasing service.

• Follow up all repair work or emergency support .

• Assist to recommend nanny/maid (Ayi).

• To track lease contract expiry 3 months in advance, arrange the lease contract renewal before the deadline.

• Collect rental invoice from landlord and deliver to company.

• Assist to do check-out procedure.

• Assist on furniture renting process if needed.

• Arrange internet installation.
